Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources professional to work closely with the CEO and COO in strategically planning and executing HR initiatives that drive employee productivity and support overall business success. This role encompasses managing the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations—while ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining precise HR records. Additionally, the position involves overseeing administrative functions and cultivating a positive workplace culture through targeted engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, enhancing workforce effectiveness. Take ownership of the entire recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring hires are made within budget and on schedule. Regularly conduct job analyses and update job descriptions to accurately represent current roles and responsibilities.
Handle employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, investigating concerns and grievances thoroughly while adhering to company policies. Provide ongoing education to employees regarding company policies and labor law compliance to foster awareness and adherence.
Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing. Maintain 100% accuracy of HR data within the ERP system, supporting reliable reporting and decision-making. Manage day-to-day HR operations including grievance resolution, employee documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Monitor staff retention rates and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover. Support office administration by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
Administer and track employee leave requests and attendance records, resolving any related issues promptly. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture, regularly measuring engagement levels and recommending improvements.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness within the industry. Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, guiding managers through review processes and goal setting to drive employee development.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in human resources management, covering recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. A strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements is essential. Experience coordinating payroll and managing HR data within ERP systems is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with senior management and employees at all levels. The ability to handle confidential information discreetly and make fair, consistent decisions is critical. Strong organizational skills are needed to juggle multiple HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000. This position requires in-person work, providing direct interaction with the team and leadership.
