Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between our clients and the company. In this role, you will handle inquiries related to our services, documentation, and filing status, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction by managing records meticulously and facilitating clear communication. You will guide clients through procedures, assist with appointment scheduling, and resolve service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, via WhatsApp, or email, responding to their questions promptly and courteously.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s services, including tax filing processes, deadlines, and required documentation.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with consultants to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Handle client complaints and service issues efficiently, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Maintain and update client records within the company’s database to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
- Support clients in collecting and organizing necessary documentation for their cases.
- Communicate regularly with consultants to follow up on client requests and case progress.
- Keep thorough communication logs, ensuring all client interactions are properly documented.
- Educate clients on available services, associated fees, and any new regulations that may impact their cases.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive client information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software for efficient management of client data and communications.
Working Hours and Employment Details
This is a full-time position requiring in-office attendance from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly salary of Rs40,000. The workplace is located at CyberSnoopz (Private) Limited, 118-D, Broadway Commercial, DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
