We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in boosting lead conversion rates, particularly from social media platforms, while providing outstanding customer service. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, promptly resolving customer complaints, and conducting follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care.

- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
