Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional female Office Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This pivotal role involves managing a broad range of administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the executive level. Key Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between the CEO and both internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth and effective communication. Managing the CEO’s calendar is a critical function, which includes scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring optimal time management. The role also requires coordinating executive communications by handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging with clients on behalf of the CEO.
Travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO must be meticulously organized to support business needs. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring that all documents are accurate and professionally presented. Maintaining confidential records and managing sensitive information with discretion is essential to this role.
Beyond executive support, the Office Coordinator will oversee general office management duties. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining vendor relationships, and coordinating company events. The role also involves supporting the planning and execution of internal meetings and executive functions, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, which is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is essential, with a strong preference for those who have supported C-level executives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of Rs90,000.00 to Rs110,000.00 per month. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations within the organization.
