This full-time, in-person role is vital to supporting our human resources functions and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment and HR activities. This includes assisting with job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies is essential. The role also involves preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary HR documentation.
Monitoring staff attendance, leave records, and other HR-related metrics will be part of the daily responsibilities. In addition to HR duties, the role encompasses administrative tasks such as managing office equipment, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and supervising cleaning and maintenance activities. Efficient handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence will also be expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar HR and administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees and management.
Familiarity with ZKT Bio Matric Machines and attendance software is necessary, along with the ability to manually prepare salary sheets using Excel. These technical skills are critical for managing attendance and payroll-related tasks accurately.
