Job Summary
Aptech Learning, a globally recognized leader in IT vocational training, is inviting applications for the position of Software Engineering Teaching Staff at its Shahra-e-Faisal center in Karachi. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with expertise in Dot Net (MVC) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Software Engineering, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in MS Office. This full-time role demands a motivated individual who can deliver engaging instruction and contribute to the development of future IT professionals. Candidates with at least one year of software development experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and high-quality instruction focused on Software Engineering, particularly emphasizing Dot Net (MVC) technologies.
- Prepare and present well-structured course materials that effectively engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Utilize MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create presentations, reports, and other instructional documents.
- Maintain a professional, interactive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assist students in understanding complex software development concepts and their practical applications, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Collaborate closely with the academic team to review and continuously improve course content, teaching methodologies, and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Software Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in the Dot Net (MVC) framework, with a solid understanding of its practical applications.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications to support instructional activities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse student groups.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students within a classroom setting, fostering a positive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with a minimum of one year’s experience in software development will be given preference.
- Competitive monthly salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
