Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Innovative Business Solutions is partnering with a leading financial service provider to hire a talented Graphic Designer for a full-time, 12-month contract role based in Karachi. This position requires on-site presence and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute creatively within a dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming client briefs into compelling visual concepts while working closely with copywriters, UI/UX designers, and the regional marketing manager. The role demands the creation of both digital and print promotional materials that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client and internal requirements to develop innovative design ideas and mock-ups, effectively communicating these concepts to stakeholders for approval.
- Collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, UI/UX designers, and the regional marketing manager to produce tailored marketing and promotional materials that meet company objectives.
- Design a diverse range of marketing assets including web banners, social media graphics, infographics, and educational guides, ensuring each piece supports campaign goals.
- Maintain visual consistency by adhering strictly to brand guidelines, media specifications, and legal and copyright standards across all finalized designs.
- Liaise with external vendors to oversee the printing process of marketing, advertising, and promotional collateral, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technological advancements in web and graphic design to continuously enhance skill sets and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in web or graphic design.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within marketing or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design supported by relevant certifications and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Karachi as per the job requirements.
