Job Summary
HRPSP is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join a vibrant Civil Works (E&C) team on behalf of a well-established client. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 4 years of civil project management experience, preferably within the telecom industry, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing stakeholder coordination to ensure that monthly project objectives are met efficiently. Maintaining strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards across all assigned sites is critical. The role involves verifying CME Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and conducting regular site audits to uphold project accuracy and quality standards.

On-ground civil activities such as acceptance visits and concrete inspections will be overseen to ensure compliance with required specifications. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely completion of tasks and project milestones. Effective communication is essential, along with the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Additionally, the role requires performing data analysis and preparing reports aligned with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and outcomes, supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of experience in civil project management, with a preference for those who have worked in the telecom sector. Strong leadership skills are essential, particularly in execution, stakeholder management, and fostering team collaboration.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, data management, and civil site supervision techniques is required. A thorough understanding of QHSE protocols and project coordination processes is necessary to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
