Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven marketer with a passion for building, optimizing, and scaling full-funnel Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role centers on consistently driving strong return on ad spend (ROAS) growth while supporting successful new product launches. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify winning products, test creative concepts, and continuously enhance campaign performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize comprehensive Facebook and Instagram campaigns covering all funnel stages: top-of-funnel (TOF), middle-of-funnel (MOF), and bottom-of-funnel (BOF).
- Deliver a minimum of 3× ROAS on new product tests, ensuring profitable campaign outcomes.
- Identify high-potential products and scale campaigns effectively to maximize profitability.
- Conduct rigorous testing of creative concepts, target audiences, and ad placements to determine the most effective combinations.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), add-to-cart rate (ATC), and ROAS, making daily adjustments to improve performance.
- Rapidly scale campaigns that demonstrate strong results while pausing or discontinuing underperforming ads to optimize budget allocation.
- Work closely with product and creative teams to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve a minimum of 3× ROAS on new product launches.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and decision-making.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively across teams.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000.
