Lead Creative Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Lead Creative Manager to join our team at our DHA Phase 4 office in Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have strong creative leadership experience within the skincare and beauty industry, capable of driving innovative campaigns that deeply connect with the target audience. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 90,000 to 150,000. Key Responsibilities
As the Lead Creative Manager, you will be responsible for steering the creative vision and execution of skincare and beauty campaigns from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with design, content, and brand teams to ensure consistency and innovation across all brand touchpoints. A thorough understanding of product ingredients, their benefits, and common skin concerns is essential to develop authentic and relatable storytelling that resonates with consumers.

You will supervise and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and creative leads, ensuring the production of high-impact visual and written content. Staying updated on the latest skincare trends, influencer culture, and social media platform changes will be critical to keeping creative strategies fresh and relevant.

Additionally, you will oversee campaign shoots, moodboards, and brand visuals with a keen eye for detail and narrative coherence. Presenting creative pitches and ideas confidently to clients will be a key part of your role, demonstrating a clear insight into the target market’s preferences and needs. You will also work closely with marketing and digital teams to align creative outputs with performance goals and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in account management or a related creative leadership role, preferably within the skincare or beauty sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. This position is currently designated for female candidates only, in line with the company’s hiring focus.
