Job Summary
We are looking for a committed professional to lead our organizational structuring and HR documentation efforts. This role requires close collaboration with company leadership to design and update organograms, standardize HR processes, and support performance management systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational design, excellent communication skills, and experience managing compliance documentation, preferably within the garment or export industries.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Structuring:
You will be responsible for designing and updating departmental and company-wide organograms in partnership with leadership teams. This includes analyzing existing organizational structures and recommending improvements that enhance operational efficiency and clarify roles throughout the company.
Documentation & Standardization:
Developing and maintaining detailed job descriptions that accurately represent current responsibilities and reporting lines is a key part of this role. You will also draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, compliant operations across all departments. Additionally, you will standardize HR document templates to improve clarity, accessibility, and ensure alignment with ISO or client standards.
Performance Management:
Collaborate with department heads to define clear, measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for all critical roles. Assist in integrating these KPIs into performance appraisal systems and dashboards. You will continuously monitor the alignment of KPIs with strategic business objectives and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
HR Systems & Compliance:
Support audits and external evaluations by ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and easily accessible. Contribute to the design and implementation of policies across departments, focusing on compliance, clarity, and employee engagement. Provide training to line managers on effectively utilizing job descriptions, SOPs, and KPI tracking tools to enhance performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in organizational design and human resource frameworks.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, or similar diagramming tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working with ISO documentation or buyer compliance, ideally within the garment or export sectors.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for systems thinking and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required.
