Job Summary
Fairways Logistics is looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team at our DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls related to logistics inquiries. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires working night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, supporting our operational needs during these hours.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, addressing questions and concerns related to logistics and shipping services. You will also conduct outbound calls to follow up on shipments, verify details, and ensure customer satisfaction. Providing clear and accurate information about our services is essential to this role. Handling customer complaints with tact and professionalism is critical, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary is part of the responsibility.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all communications and client interactions is vital to ensure seamless service delivery. You will collaborate closely with sales and dispatch teams to coordinate efforts and resolve any service-related issues efficiently. Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings will enable you to provide the most current information to customers.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have prior experience in customer service or a call center environment. Experience working with clients based in the US or Canada is a significant advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with international customer expectations and communication styles. Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, are essential to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently are necessary to succeed in this role. Candidates must be willing and able to work the night shift hours at the DHA Phase 6 location. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems or call center software, is required to manage customer interactions and maintain records accurately.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
