Job Summary
ICT Systems Pvt Ltd, a renowned international software house based in Karachi, is looking for a talented Website Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing visually appealing and highly functional websites, focusing on both front-end and back-end aspects. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in WordPress and Shopify platforms, coupled with a keen eye for design and effective content management. The position follows a morning shift schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays off. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging website front-ends that provide an excellent user experience.
- Build and maintain website architecture, including back-end development with database and server integration.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Perform website performance testing and resolve content-related issues promptly.
- Conduct WordPress training sessions for clients to enable efficient site management.
- Monitor live websites to ensure ongoing security, functionality, and optimal performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 6 months of proven experience working as a WordPress and Shopify Developer.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including PHP, Shopify, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
- Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Strong understanding of website architecture principles and design aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Preferred experience includes 2 years in WordPress development and 1 year in Shopify development.
