Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Multan on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and possess a strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset. This role demands strong English communication skills, particularly for virtual team meetings, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, turning social media engagement into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for clear and effective communication in English during Zoom meetings to ensure team alignment and collaboration. You will develop and implement a results-focused social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals. Daily management of content creation and publishing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter) is essential.

You will plan and execute engaging campaigns, promotions, and collaborations designed to increase audience interaction and enhance brand visibility. Monitoring social media performance metrics, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize strategies will be a key part of your role.

Engagement with the online community to build positive relationships and manage the brand’s reputation is critical. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices will ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

Collaboration with design, content, and marketing teams is necessary to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice. Additionally, you will build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and partners to extend the brand’s reach. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in social media management or a related field. Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential to effectively participate in virtual meetings and team discussions.

A strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices is required. The ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies is critical for success in this role. Experience in running paid social media advertising campaigns with measurable results is also necessary.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are important to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working collaboratively with design, content, and marketing teams is highly desirable. Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development will be considered an advantage.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing brand and make a significant impact through innovative social media strategies.
