Technical Support Staff (Hardware, Software, UPS, CCTV, AV systems)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Technical Support Staff member with strong expertise in computer hardware, software, UPS systems, audio/video conferencing equipment, and CCTV cameras. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these technical systems, ensuring their seamless operation across the organization. This role demands a hands-on professional who can work independently and efficiently to support the company’s technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software components, ensuring all systems function optimally.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot UPS systems to guarantee an uninterrupted power supply for critical equipment.
- Install, test, and provide ongoing support for audio and video conferencing equipment to facilitate smooth communication.
- Install and maintain CCTV camera systems to support the organization’s security monitoring needs.
- Provide general IT support as required, addressing a variety of technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma holder with relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware components and software applications.
- Practical experience with UPS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work responsibly and honestly, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working with CCTV and audio/video conferencing systems is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position, requiring the candidate to be physically present to provide direct technical support.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
