Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the custom packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that address specific customer needs. This role demands a proactive mindset to explore market potential and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects within the custom packaging sector. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and potential customers is essential to this role. A deep understanding of client requirements will enable the candidate to propose effective, customized packaging solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations will be a regular part of the role, aimed at showcasing the value of our offerings. The candidate will also negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals. Close collaboration with internal departments such as design, production, and logistics is critical to ensure that customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.

Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics is necessary to maintain a competitive advantage. The Sales Executive will be expected to consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools is also a key responsibility to track progress and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of proven sales experience within the custom packaging industry. A strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and production processes is essential to effectively communicate solutions to clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build trust and close deals successfully. The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team is important for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is expected to manage sales activities efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and effective time management are necessary to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The application deadline is 23rd June 2025, with an anticipated start date of 25th June 2025.
