Job Summary
Nexus Healthcare Management is looking for a committed Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time, working onsite during the night shift at DHA Phase 6. This role centers on managing and collaborating with creative professionals to develop high-quality digital marketing materials. The successful candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas for multimedia content and campaigns, ensuring all deliverables consistently reflect the company’s brand standards. This position offers a broad scope of marketing activities, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, within a vibrant healthcare management environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and collaborate closely with graphic designers and web developers to produce exceptional digital assets. Generating new and creative ideas for multimedia content and marketing campaigns is a critical part of the role, helping to keep the company’s messaging fresh and engaging.
Providing editorial and creative guidance is essential to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines. This includes researching, writing, editing, and proofreading materials for newsletters, websites, blogs, and social media channels. Crafting compelling headlines and body copy tailored to target audiences is also a key responsibility.
Managing and expanding the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube is required. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid online advertising campaigns across various digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Creating engaging written and visual content to support social media marketing efforts is vital. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics, providing insights to refine future marketing strategies.
Coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns, while tracking their performance to enhance engagement rates, is another important aspect of the position.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role is essential.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail are required. Practical experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems is necessary to succeed in this role.
Excellent proficiency in English—both written and spoken—is mandatory to effectively communicate with internal teams and external audiences.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of relevant marketing or content creation certifications will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with Canva is also a plus, enhancing the ability to produce visually appealing content.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. Working onsite fosters a collaborative atmosphere and supports professional development within a dynamic healthcare management setting.
