Job Summary
ABS International is seeking a motivated Entry-Level HR Coordinator to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by optimizing job postings on platforms like Indeed and other relevant job portals to attract qualified candidates. You will be responsible for screening incoming applications, identifying suitable candidates, and coordinating interview schedules to ensure a seamless hiring process. Managing calendars and candidate communications will be an essential part of your duties.

Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating their smooth integration into the company. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records using the HR Information System (HRIS) is a critical responsibility. You will also ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable labor laws, addressing employee inquiries as they arise. Supporting training initiatives aimed at workforce development will further contribute to the overall HR function.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply, and any prior internship experience in HR will be considered a valuable asset.
