Job Summary
Located in Gulberg, Lahore, we are seeking motivated individuals, particularly females, to join our team as Cold Callers for an on-site, first-shift position. This role is focused on expanding our client base by promoting a range of digital marketing services, including Local SEO, Web Development, PPC, and Lead Generation. The successful candidate will engage potential clients through outbound calls, assess their business needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can drive growth. Performance will be measured by the number of calls made, appointments set, and leads converted, making this an ideal opportunity for goal-driven professionals eager to grow in digital marketing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively initiate calls to local businesses and prospects to introduce and explain our suite of digital marketing services.
- Client Needs Assessment: Analyze clients’ current online presence, business goals, and challenges to recommend customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Pitch Services: Clearly and persuasively present the benefits of Local SEO, Web Development, PPC, and Lead Generation to help clients increase visibility and sales.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with interested prospects to discuss their requirements in detail and support the sales process toward closure.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture relationships, address queries, and improve conversion rates.
- Target-Based Performance: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets related to call volume, appointments arranged, and leads converted into clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Vietnamese are essential, with a basic understanding of English considered a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving and surpassing performance targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and managing client data efficiently.

- Compensation: Competitive hourly base salary supplemented by performance-based bonuses linked to lead generation, conversions, and sales achievements.
