Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our vibrant night shift sales team. This full-time position is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who possess basic to fluent English skills and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively presenting our products and services.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to ensure customer understanding.
- Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Accurately update customer information and call logs in CRM systems.
- Actively engage in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication, ranging from basic to fluent.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to influence customer decisions.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including freshers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range
