Sr Graphic Designer & Animator

Job Summary
ICT Systems Pvt Ltd, a leading product-based software company located on Main Shahra e Faisal, Karachi, is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This full-time role requires a creative professional with over three years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an ERP product software environment. The position follows a morning shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off. The monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000, and the expected start date is June 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and print. This includes creating graphics, illustrations, and user interface (UI) components that enhance software applications and ensure a seamless user experience. Maintaining brand consistency is critical, so the designer will develop and uphold design guidelines, style guides, and comprehensive design systems.

In addition to software UI design, the role involves creating promotional materials such as banners, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates. The designer will also prepare visual content for presentations and marketing campaigns, supporting the company’s broader communication goals.

Understanding user needs is essential, so the candidate will conduct user research and incorporate feedback to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Staying current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is expected, alongside continuous professional development to refine design skills.

The role demands strong project management abilities, as the designer will handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer is required, preferably within an ERP product software house.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma is essential. Applicants should present a strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design projects, including UI/UX work.

A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques is necessary. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly within a team environment are also critical. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting are mandatory.

Additional Information
The position is based at the ICT Building, a private commercial building on Main Nursery, Shahra e Faisal, Karachi. The working hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off. Candidates should be prepared to contribute towards sales targets as part of their role.
