Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in bidding and securing projects on Upwork or other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen ability to understand client requirements, enabling them to propose effective and tailored solutions. This is a full-time position based at our office on Shaheed e Millat Road, near Hill Park, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will actively engage in bidding on relevant projects across various freelance platforms, primarily Upwork. You will be responsible for clear and professional communication with clients to thoroughly gather project requirements and expectations. Based on these insights, you will develop and propose customized solutions that align with client needs. Negotiating terms, pricing, and project scope effectively to secure contracts will be a critical part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal team members when necessary to ensure the successful delivery and execution of projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 1 and 3 years of proven experience in bidding and winning freelance projects on platforms such as Upwork. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. The ability to work independently, managing your time and priorities efficiently, as well as functioning well within a team setting, is required. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills are crucial to successfully close deals and secure projects.
