Efficient handling of bookings for meeting rooms, shared spaces, and events is essential to maximize facility utilization.
Promptly addressing and resolving client complaints or queries will help maintain high satisfaction levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and inventory, guaranteeing that all necessary amenities are readily available. Coordination with cleaning, maintenance, and IT support teams will be necessary to resolve any operational issues quickly and effectively.
Accurate record-keeping of memberships, space usage, and preparation of administrative reports will support smooth facility management.
