Job Summary
Design Henge is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Unit Head to lead its Front Sales – Social Media Marketing (SMM) Unit. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by building and managing a high-performing sales team focused on international markets. The successful candidate will spearhead client acquisition efforts for SMM services, including design, branding, and website sales. A strong background in digital marketing, business acumen, and proven success in B2B international sales are essential to thrive in this leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
You will lead the front sales team dedicated to SMM services, developing and executing sales strategies that fuel growth in global markets. Setting clear monthly and quarterly sales targets, you will ensure the team consistently achieves or surpasses these goals. Your leadership will be critical in aligning sales efforts with the company’s broader business objectives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and key decision-makers will be a core responsibility. You will oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure—ensuring exceptional client service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Team Management:
You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maximize both individual and collective performance. Monitoring daily sales activities, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and high achievement will be key to your success.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, design, and project management is essential to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery. You will prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
Market Intelligence:
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs will enable you to identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments. This insight will support strategic expansion initiatives and keep the company ahead in a dynamic market.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of five years’ experience in international sales, preferably within a digital marketing or social media marketing agency, is required. At least two years of leadership experience managing sales teams is essential. A deep understanding of social media platforms, digital branding, and online sales channels is critical. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to build client trust and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate is results-driven, able to meet tight targets and deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Compensation: Rs 200,000 to Rs 300,000 per month
