Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Executive for a full-time, on-site role at a prestigious five-star retail location in Karachi. This position is critical to maintaining and supporting the store’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations through effective troubleshooting and technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX POS systems, network administration, and comprehensive IT operations management within a retail environment. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing technical challenges swiftly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Executive will be responsible for promptly diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to store operations. A primary focus will be providing specialized technical support for Microsoft Dynamics AX POS systems, ensuring these critical retail tools function reliably. The role also involves managing network administration tasks, including maintaining secure and stable connectivity throughout the store’s IT environment.

In addition, the IT Executive will oversee overall IT operations, ensuring system integrity and optimal performance at all times. Collaboration with other team members is essential to address IT-related challenges efficiently and maintain smooth communication channels. The candidate must also engage effectively with store staff to understand their technical concerns and provide clear, practical solutions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting is essential, with a strong background in network administration and managing IT systems in a retail context.
