Job Summary
Delivery Hero SE has recently unified three prominent food delivery brands—foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia—under the new entity Pandora. As the second-largest business within the Delivery Hero Group, Pandora operates across 18 markets in Europe and Asia, leading the food and QCommerce delivery sectors in these regions. We are currently looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join our regional Pandora team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Talent Development initiatives across multiple markets by combining program management with hands-on workshop support. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement, improving performance, and delivering effective learning solutions to a diverse global workforce. The primary working language is English.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management Support
You will assist in managing Talent Development (TD) programs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across three brands and 18 markets. This includes overseeing employee enrollment and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Monitoring participant feedback and facilitating its integration into program improvements will be a critical part of your role. Additionally, you will support procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiations to expand our network of qualified international trainers and training providers.
Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support
In close collaboration with country and brand leads, you will track employee engagement with learning and development initiatives, building strong relationships and gathering actionable insights. Utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS), you will prepare monthly and quarterly engagement reports that provide data-driven insights to People & Culture teams and business leaders. You will also help craft clear and compelling data narratives that communicate key findings and recommendations aligned with the Pandora talent strategy.
Training Delivery Planning and Coordination
You will support the planning and execution of onboarding and training sessions tailored to employee needs. This involves coordinating various delivery methods, including virtual webinars, small group workshops, and asynchronous learning formats, ensuring a flexible and engaging learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven adaptability, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution.
- Strong skills in data collection and management.
- High proficiency in Google Suite applications (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and video conferencing tools such as Google Meet and Zoom.
- Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 2-3 years of experience in support, operations, or administrative roles, demonstrating impact in managing and optimizing multiple concurrent processes.
- Experience in talent development, learning and development, talent management, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in procurement or vendor management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, hybrid training models, and learning management systems is a plus.
- Experience working within matrix or complex organizational structures, with the ability to build alignment and strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HRIS and engagement survey tools such as Workday and PeakOn is beneficial.
- Fluency in German, Mandarin, or Turkish is considered an asset.
