Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Software Developer with strong expertise in advanced SQL, C#, and Power Apps to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will have practical experience working in a Cloud-based environment, specifically Azure DevOps, and be proficient in managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You will play a key role in handling large-scale data backend systems and participate actively in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within the SAFe framework. Your responsibilities will include API management, data mapping, automation, monitoring, and batch reporting, all while ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust software applications using C#, .Net, SSIS, SQL, and Power Suite tools. You will work extensively within a Cloud environment, leveraging Azure DevOps to build, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines that support efficient software delivery.

You will be responsible for data management and logging through Azure Data Factory, ensuring data integrity and streamlined operations. Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and data mapping solutions will be a core part of your role. This includes working with web services, API Management, Microservices, and adhering to healthcare and data standards such as HL7, ANSI, and FHIR.

Monitoring and automating error detection and resolution processes using SQL standard error logs, Excel, and SSIS will be essential to maintain system reliability. Additionally, you will generate and manage batch reports using SQL and Excel to support business needs.

Managing ticketing and workflow processes through tools like HEAT, Jira, and ServiceNow will be part of your daily tasks. You will ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prioritizing and resolving high-impact issues promptly to maintain operational excellence.

Following ITIL standards and best practices is critical to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams within the SAFe framework will be necessary to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, C#, and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working within the SAFe framework.
- Experience in a Cloud environment, particularly Azure DevOps, with practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Solid expertise in data management tools such as Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with API development and data mapping standards including HL7, ANSI, and FHIR.
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools for error handling and batch reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing and workflow management systems like HEAT, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of SLAs and ITIL standards to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
