Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales Manager to lead our ERP software sales operations based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets aligned with our company’s strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver customized ERP solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
The ERP Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales process, starting from lead generation through to deal closure. You will identify and engage new B2B clients across diverse industries that require ERP software solutions. Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations will be essential to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our ERP offerings.

Building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking is critical to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align perfectly with client requirements. Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs is vital to maintain a competitive edge. You will also provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. Post-sale, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships will be key to sustaining business growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A proven track record of 3 to 5 years in ERP or software solution sales is essential. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital transformation processes is required to effectively engage clients and tailor solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are mandatory to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and also thrive in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is necessary to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure. Annual performance-based salary increments provide additional motivation and reward for your efforts.

The position is full-time and based in Lahore, DHA Phase 8, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
