Job Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Islamabad team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on managing financial accounts and supporting the company’s expanding business operations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable according to their assigned duties. They will use database software to accurately organize and maintain financial account records. Handling account inquiries from both internal departments and external clients is a critical part of the role, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.

Maintaining regular contact with clients to secure timely payments is essential, as is ensuring all company financial accounts, including credit cards, are paid promptly. The role also involves conducting internal audits of financial activities when required to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and correctness is another key responsibility. Additionally, the candidate will generate financial reports for management and regulatory authorities, supporting transparency and informed decision-making within the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting & Finance, or be I.Com students with relevant experience in financial account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, alongside hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, yet able to collaborate effectively with team members when necessary. Prior experience working with financial accounts is required, as is a solid foundation in mathematics and critical reasoning.
