Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a short-term contract basis for onsite software deployment and support. This role requires working directly at client offices to install and configure software solutions, provide user training, and assist with troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
- Deploy software applications at various client sites, ensuring accurate installation and proper configuration according to client requirements.
- Deliver basic training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users, helping them adopt the software effectively and resolve any initial usage challenges.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any deployment-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive deployment logs and document client feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with software deployment, sales support, or related IT roles is essential.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and other relevant software applications is required to ensure smooth deployment and user support.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are necessary to assist users effectively and collaborate with technical teams.
- Candidates should have at least an intermediate level of education.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
