Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our on-site office located in FB Area, Block 10, Karachi. This is a full-time position with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience creating visually appealing designs that enhance branding and marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing a variety of creative assets including logos, banners, social media posts, and book covers. Your work should effectively convey the intended messages and maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity. You will partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and content ideas. Meeting deadlines is critical, as you will be expected to deliver high-quality, print-ready, and digital design materials on time. Ensuring that all designs meet project goals and brand standards will be a key part of your role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency across diverse design projects is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required to perform daily tasks effectively. A solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory principles is necessary to produce visually balanced and impactful designs. The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines is important. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required to thrive in our dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with UI design principles will be considered a valuable asset. Additionally, basic video editing skills are a plus and will enhance your ability to contribute to multimedia projects. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs120,000, commensurate with your experience and skill level.
