Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Agent to join our dispatch services team, focusing on the US trucking industry. This full-time position operates on a night shift schedule and is based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in selling dispatch solutions to US-based trucking companies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, closing new business deals, and driving company growth through effective telesales strategies tailored to the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients within the US trucking sector, identifying and engaging new business opportunities.
- Confidently promote and sell our dispatching services, presenting solutions that meet client needs professionally.
- Successfully close new business deals and ensure smooth onboarding of clients to our services.
- Maintain ongoing communication and foster strong relationships with carriers to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, managing follow-up schedules to maximize sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in US trucking dispatch, logistics sales, or freight brokerage, with a clear understanding of the industry’s dynamics.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Proven proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques, demonstrating persistence and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts aligned with US Eastern and Central Time Zones.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and target-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
