Project Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, clean, and efficient construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, tradespeople, and labor teams, to promote smooth project execution.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontract packages and specialist materials to support project requirements.
- Develop, monitor, and regularly update project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to while managing variations and maintaining quality control.
- Demonstrate flexibility by traveling outside the city for projects lasting 3 to 4 months when required.
- Handle multiple construction and interior projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively across multiple levels, coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time-management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various project participants.
- Proven experience managing construction and interior projects, ideally 1 to 2 years, suitable for a junior-level role.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant project experience is mandatory.
- A keen desire to learn and grow professionally within the project management field.
