Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of supply chain activities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally in the textile or fashion retail sector. The successful candidate will support procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods. This position requires at least one year of relevant experience and a foundational educational background in supply chain or related fields. The role also involves some mobility, as it requires on-the-road support to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist in various procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and maintaining consistent follow-up with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials. Coordination with vendors and internal teams is essential to facilitate the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods. Maintaining accurate inventory records and regularly updating stock levels within the system is a critical part of this role.

Monitoring warehouse operations to support order fulfillment and dispatch activities is another important responsibility. The coordinator will prepare and manage essential supply chain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and invoices to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance. Supporting data entry and reporting tasks within ERP systems related to supply chain functions is also required.

Additionally, the role involves assisting in demand planning and inventory forecasting under supervision, helping to optimize stock management and reduce excess or shortage risks. Ensuring strict adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives will help enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations is essential. Experience within the textile or fashion retail industry is preferred, as it will provide valuable context and understanding of sector-specific challenges and workflows.
