Meer Group, a prominent leader in real estate, investment advisory, and franchise projects, is seeking a confident and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team on-site in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to a variety of real estate and franchise investment opportunities. A critical part of the role is assessing client needs and offering customized solutions grounded in current market insights and capital growth trends. Handling client inquiries professionally across multiple channels—including phone, email, and chat—is essential to maintaining high service standards.

Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through consistent and effective communication is a core function of this position. The CSR will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless client experience. Adherence to company policies and compliance with relevant external regulations is mandatory to uphold the firm’s reputation and operational integrity.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu, enabling clear and professional interactions with a diverse client base. The ability to quickly understand business processes and operate independently with minimal supervision is important for success in this role. Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The salary range for this role is Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month. The expected start date is June 24, 2025, with applications accepted until June 30, 2025.
