Job Summary
SA Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female Office and International & Domestic Travel Coordinator to join the HR Department in Lahore. This role primarily supports senior management, especially the CEO, by managing administrative duties and coordinating all aspects of travel logistics. Responsibilities include handling visa applications, booking flights and accommodations, and liaising with external organizations to ensure smooth travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, maintain discretion, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily diary and schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes to document discussions.
- Follow up on matters related to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
- Maintain and update calendars and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and operational basis.
- Oversee activities related to the CEO Welfare Foundation (QHF), including managing apps, bookings, workshops, and lectures.
- Update and manage the CEO’s social media portals to maintain a professional online presence.
- Safeguard confidential documents and files, ensuring secure storage and handling.
- Arrange visas, flight tickets, and hotel accommodations for both international and domestic travel.
- Coordinate office meetings, exhibitions, and seminars to support organizational events.
- Collaborate with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) to obtain invitation letters for foreign guests.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation is complete and processed promptly to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Provide proactive support in administrative and HR functions as needed, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is the maximum education level required.
- Proven experience in visa application processes and managing international travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, email communication, and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions when needed.
- Experience in proper record filing and database management to ensure accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with administrative and HR procedures to support departmental functions.
- Energetic, hardworking, and target-oriented with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Comfortable engaging with employees, customers, principals, and service providers at a professional level.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time position based in Lahore, requiring in-person attendance.
- The monthly salary range is Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
