Job Summary
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Sales Executive to join a leading commercial importer specializing in solar products. This position is based in Karachi and focuses on driving sales of solar energy solutions across residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads, consulting clients on their energy needs, and closing sales while fostering strong, long-term client relationships. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through project execution and after-sales support. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the solar energy market.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their specific energy requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Provide expert advice on a range of solar products and system configurations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and present customized proposals and quotations that align with client specifications and budgets.
- Successfully close sales by employing effective negotiation techniques and maintaining strong client rapport.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of solar installations.
- Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain comprehensive sales reports and track performance metrics to support business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the solar or broader energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales environments, managing large commercial accounts as well as residential customers.
- Strong communication skills combined with technical selling expertise and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
