Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager – Solar Expert to join our dynamic team based in Lahore, DHA Phase 8. This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in solar energy sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives within the solar industry. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing sales strategies specifically designed for solar energy products and solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Providing expert consultation to customers on solar systems is essential, including explaining return on investment (ROI) and technical specifications to ensure clients make informed decisions.
Collaboration with the technical team is vital to ensure that proposals are accurate and projects are viable, aligning sales efforts with operational capabilities. You will conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving solar sector. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of after-sales service satisfaction will be key to fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently is expected, alongside preparing and presenting detailed sales reports to senior management to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, which is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of two years’ experience in solar energy sales or a closely related industry is required. A solid understanding of solar technologies, net metering, and relevant regulatory frameworks is essential to effectively communicate product benefits and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical for engaging with clients and stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools is necessary to manage sales pipelines and reporting efficiently. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of working independently, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
