Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in HR practices and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing daily HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities
You will assist with various recruiting activities such as posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules to ensure a smooth hiring process. Supporting the onboarding of new hires will be essential to help them integrate seamlessly into the organization. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS system will be a critical part of your daily tasks.
As a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, you will provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures, helping to resolve issues and promote understanding. You will assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees receive accurate information and support.
Monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws is crucial to safeguard the organization’s adherence to legal standards. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation to keep the workforce informed and aligned.
Coordinating performance review processes and supporting employee development initiatives will help drive continuous improvement and career growth. Additionally, you will facilitate employee engagement activities and manage internal communications to boost morale and connectivity within the team.
General administrative tasks related to HR operations will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring flexibility and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. We welcome applicants with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles; internships or entry-level positions are acceptable for junior candidates eager to grow.
A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is required, and experience with HRIS systems will be considered an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with employees and management. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion is critical. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask efficiently will help you succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Holding an HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus and will enhance your candidacy. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software is desirable, as is familiarity with employee engagement tools and survey platforms.
This is a full-time position based onsite in Johar Town, with working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. Candidates must be able to commit to the specified schedule and location.
