Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting our range of products and services. Using warm calling techniques, you will build rapport and foster relationships with potential customers, ensuring a personalized approach that addresses their specific needs. Effective communication is essential to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions is a vital part of this role, utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets. Participation in ongoing training sessions will help you enhance your product knowledge and refine your sales techniques.
Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback on customer responses, which will assist in refining our marketing strategies and improving overall client engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development is highly preferred. Familiarity with warm calling and outbound calling practices is essential, along with a strong ability to market products effectively and engage clients in meaningful conversations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive compensation. Salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs150,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
