Payroll Specialist – Client-Side (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for international clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations. This role demands expertise in international payroll systems such as Paycom, COBRA, and FMLA, along with a strong understanding of global payroll compliance. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000 and the chance to work in a dynamic environment serving global clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for international clients, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain strict compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and client-specific payroll requirements.
- Utilize payroll software platforms including Paycom, COBRA, and FMLA to manage payroll data efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records to verify accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Address employee payroll inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years’ proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with a strong focus on international payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycom, COBRA, and FMLA is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy to ensure error-free payroll management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll compliance, reporting standards, and international labor laws.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Availability and willingness to work the night shift consistently from 6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan time.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
