Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Gulberg 2, Lahore. This full-time role focuses on generating new business leads through outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, while also managing inbound leads and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently during night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday. This position offers a competitive monthly salary with commission opportunities and the potential to grow into independently closing smaller contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation is a core part of this role, involving outbound cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging to identify and generate new sales leads. You will be expected to make daily outbound calls, address prospects’ concerns, and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle. A structured follow-up schedule is essential to maximize opportunities and keep leads moving forward.
Managing the sales pipeline is critical. You will track and manage both inbound and outbound leads within the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring consistent nurturing and follow-up to advance leads toward closure. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will qualify leads based on their needs and readiness for services.
Supporting the post-walkthrough follow-up process is also part of your responsibilities. This includes maintaining regular communication, scheduling appointments, and guiding clients through subsequent steps. Meeting sales metrics related to lead generation and pipeline management is vital, focusing on both the volume of new leads and the progression of inbound leads toward deal closure.
This role offers commission-based success, allowing you to earn commissions based on lead generation effectiveness and successful deal closures. Over time, you will have the opportunity to independently close smaller contracts. You will also collaborate with senior sales staff to develop proposals, coordinate client communications, and assist with pricing and contract discussions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to cold calling and lead generation. A strong interest in sales and business development, combined with a results-oriented mindset, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
The ability to work independently as a self-starter is crucial, managing time effectively between lead generation and follow-ups. Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot CRM, email platforms, LinkedIn, and phone systems is expected. Candidates must be goal-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work on-site during night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with US sales campaigns and cold calling is highly desirable. Familiarity with prospecting and lead generation in a commercial sales environment will be an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently are preferred.
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, along with commission opportunities based on performance. The position is based in person at Gulberg 2, Lahore. The expected start date is June 26, 2025, with an application deadline of June 23, 2025.
