Royal Solar Energy (RSE), a leading name in Pakistan’s solar energy sector with established operations in Lahore and Multan, is looking for a City Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in Okara. Known for managing some of the largest solar equipment warehouses in the region, RSE offers a comprehensive range of high-performance solar solutions, including its own premium branded inverters. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional with a solid understanding of the Okara market and a passion for promoting clean energy. The City Sales Manager will be instrumental in expanding RSE’s customer base, enhancing market presence, and driving sales growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities
The City Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales strategies aimed at attracting new customers and expanding business opportunities in Okara. A deep understanding of RSE’s solar products and solutions is essential to effectively address client needs and provide expert guidance. The role involves generating and managing qualified leads through direct client engagement, referrals, and thorough market research.

Managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to closing deals—is a critical part of this position, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date customer database is necessary for efficient tracking and timely follow-ups. Evaluating potential clients based on project requirements, financial viability, and conversion potential is also key.

The City Sales Manager must consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers. Utilizing local market insights to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics will help drive strategic sales initiatives. Additionally, leading localized promotional activities to boost brand awareness and visibility in the Okara region is part of the role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in sales management, ideally within the solar energy sector or related industries. A strong understanding of the Okara market and its business environment is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and partners.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies is essential, along with proficiency in managing sales pipelines and customer databases. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with solar energy products and industry trends is highly desirable. Experience in leading promotional campaigns and market awareness initiatives will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Okara with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs85,000.
