Key Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system is a key part of this role, ensuring data integrity and facilitating smooth follow-ups. Handling customer grievances and objections professionally is vital to uphold the company’s reputation and foster long-term relationships.
You will also be expected to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals, maximizing sales opportunities. Staying well-informed about product features and benefits will enable you to provide customers with relevant and helpful information. Additionally, preparing and submitting regular performance reports to management will help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
