Algronic is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join its B2B sales team based in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining baseline B2B sales within the healthcare industry across your assigned customers and regions. You will use prepared sales presentations to effectively communicate product details and negotiate terms with clients. Building and sustaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers is critical to encourage repeat business and foster long-term loyalty.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields. While 3 to 6 months of relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates with a marketing focus are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills are essential, along with confidence and persuasiveness in establishing professional relationships. A genuine eagerness to learn and develop skills in B2B sales is highly valued.
