The primary role involves ensuring the safety and security of our facility during 12-hour shifts, which may be scheduled during either day or night hours. We offer competitive salary packages with flexible options, including accommodation and meals or a higher salary without these benefits, based on the candidate’s preference. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires vigilance, discipline, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises to safeguard the facility against unauthorized access and potential security threats. Maintaining constant alertness throughout the shift is essential to prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment. The guard must promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management to facilitate swift action. Adherence to all company security protocols and procedures is mandatory to maintain discipline and operational consistency. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of all personnel and property within the facility.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be physically fit to perform security duties effectively and handle the demands of 12-hour shifts. Integrity, discipline, and reliability are critical traits, as the role requires a strong sense of responsibility. Applicants should be between 25 and 40 years of age. While prior experience in security roles is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, allowing opportunities for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow within the position.
