Job Summary
IF Logics Communications is looking for a Floor Manager / Team Leader to lead our outbound telesales team for a high-demand Air Duct Cleaning campaign targeting residential and commercial clients across North America. This role demands a motivated and results-driven leader with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and manage a team to consistently meet sales goals. The position is based at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch, offering fixed evening or overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and guiding a telesales team focused on outbound sales of Air Duct Cleaning services in the USA and Canada. This includes training, coaching, and mentoring agents to improve call quality, sales techniques, and closing rates. Driving daily and weekly sales targets is critical, achieved by motivating the team and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention is a key part of the role. You will monitor team KPIs, productivity, and campaign-specific metrics to maintain high performance standards. Collaboration with Quality Assurance and Operations teams is essential to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and quality benchmarks. Additionally, you will prepare and present performance reports and updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 30 years old and bring a minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with proven leadership or team management exposure. Educational qualifications should range from Intermediate to Master’s degree level.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, along with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, energetic, and talkative personality, complemented by a pleasant voice and confident tone. Basic computer literacy is required, including familiarity with CRM systems, email, and reporting tools.
You should be a quick learner, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of effectively leading and inspiring a team to achieve results.

This is a part-time, in-person role with fixed shifts: either 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with no shift flexibility. The work location is at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch, Suite #302–306, 4th Floor, Al-Samad Tower, opposite Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid, University Road, near Zong Service Center.
