Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Manager to join our team for the evening shift at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and excels at creating engaging content. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s online presence during peak evening hours. The position requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and offers a full-time schedule from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and produce compelling social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and carousels that connect with our target audience. You will plan and maintain content calendars to ensure all posts align with current trends and marketing objectives. Engaging actively with followers is essential; you will respond to comments, direct messages, and tags to build a strong community around our brand.

Monitoring social media insights and analytics will be part of your routine to assess the effectiveness of content and suggest improvements. You will also assist in organizing and promoting giveaways, product launches, and other marketing campaigns to boost engagement and reach. Collaboration with designers and marketing teams is crucial to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. You should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, either within an agency or an in-house team. Proficiency in design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media management platforms is required.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is important for tracking and optimizing content performance. Experience managing multiple social media platforms—including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn—is essential. Strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to anticipate and leverage social media trends are key attributes for success in this role.
