Job Summary
Ozbix IT Solutions is a fast-growing digital agency dedicated to delivering innovative, results-driven eCommerce solutions for clients both locally and internationally. We are currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Expert Shopify Developer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and developing outstanding Shopify stores that are user-friendly, high-performing, and optimized to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities
As an Expert Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing responsive Shopify themes and applications tailored to meet specific client requirements. You will build Shopify stores from scratch, ensuring they provide an intuitive user experience and are optimized for high conversion rates.

You will focus on enhancing store performance by improving loading speeds and implementing SEO best practices to boost visibility. Integration of third-party APIs and Shopify apps will be a key part of your role to extend the functionality of the stores.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain smooth operations is essential. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and fellow developers will be critical to delivering cohesive and successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain and continuously improve existing Shopify stores to align with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Shopify Developer, ideally with at least two years in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential. Hands-on experience working with Shopify APIs and integrating third-party applications is required.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is important to manage code effectively. The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is a must. A solid understanding of eCommerce UX/UI principles and conversion optimization strategies is critical to success in this role.

Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities are necessary to work effectively within a team. A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must be based in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Shopify Plus is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques to enhance store speed and visibility will set you apart.

Ozbix IT Solutions offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with diverse and exciting projects. We provide a competitive salary package, including performance-based bonuses. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays included.
