Job Summary
Interwood Mobel is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Key Accounts Executive to join our Corporate Sales team. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their requirements are met while driving sales growth through strategic account management. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for key corporate accounts, managing and nurturing these relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions that maximize the value and effectiveness of our products and services.
- Monitor account performance closely, proactively addressing any challenges or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss account status, performance metrics, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including design and logistics, to guarantee smooth execution of client projects and timely delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with informed, strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate sales or key account management, ideally within the furniture or interior design industries.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
